## 5. Products and warranty
WG Detailing states that it uses selected Osren and Autotriz detailing and coating products, with SunTek for eligible PPF and automotive window film installations.

Eligible SunTek PPF and window film installations include a 5-year limited warranty. Product eligibility, coverage, exclusions and applicable terms must be confirmed in the customer's quotation. Do not infer that every service or every product automatically carries a 5-year warranty.

## 6. Common customer questions

### Is Premium Car Wash the same as detailing?
No. Premium Car Wash focuses on routine exterior cleaning. Detailing addresses specific areas such as paint defects, interior materials, glass or other surfaces.

### When might paint correction be appropriate?
When the finish has visible swirl marks, oxidation, light scratches or reduced clarity. WG Detailing inspects the paint first because polishing should match its actual condition.

### Can polishing remove every scratch?
No. Whether a mark can be improved depends on its depth and the paint condition.

### Which outlet should a customer choose?
Cheras and Old Klang Road are convenient for routine wash and detailing. PPF and automotive window film are handled through Cheras and Kota Damansara by appointment. Kota Damansara is the original workshop and has a direct line at +60 11-1181 8163.

### How is car size decided for price tables?
The branch team confirms whether the vehicle is Small, Medium, Large or XL. Do not infer the category from model name alone unless WG Detailing has confirmed it.

### Are prices fixed forever?
No. Published prices are guides and are subject to change. Final scope and quotation are confirmed by the business.
